What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

Who is responsible: PeerBloom is an independent peer support service and practice consultancy, run by the peer supporter you will meet. Questions go to hello@peerbloom.com.
Inquiry forms: We store your name, contact details and message so we can reply. Closed inquiries are deleted after 365 days, or sooner if you ask. Please do not include medical details.
Membership: Members give a name, email and which path they are on. We use it only for the monthly letter and group invitations. Every email has a one-click link to leave.
Email: One confirmation, then only the replies you would expect. No newsletters unless you ask. We never share your address.
Support sessions: Notes are brief and agreed with you. No clinical records. What you share stays confidential, unless there is a serious risk to safety, which we would discuss with you first.
Measurement: We count page views without cookies. Each day a scrambled, one-way code stands in for a visitor so the same person is not counted twice that day; it cannot be reversed or linked across days. Our hosting provider counts visits the same way.
Your rights: Ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise a concern with your data protection authority. We reply within 2 working days.
