- What it is
- Non-clinical peer support led by your goals. Not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice or emergency care.
- Agreement
- Format, frequency, price and starting goal in writing. Support begins once you confirm.
- Cancellations
- Move or cancel with 24 hours' notice at no charge. Later cancellations may be charged, except in emergencies.
- Ending
- Pause or stop at any time, no explanation needed.
- Concerns
- Concerns or feedback: email us. We acknowledge within 2 working days and respond fully within 10.
PeerBloom Business
- Proposal first
- Deliverables, price, timeline and responsibilities in writing. Work begins when you approve.
- Accuracy
- You confirm that the credentials and claims we publish are true.
- No guarantees
- No promised clients, revenue or rankings. We report relevant inquiries and booked consultations.
- Ownership
- You own your content, domain and accounts.
- Changes
- Scope changes are agreed in writing first.
